Apply For A First Home Loan

The First Home Loan is a home loan option run by Kainga Ora lowering the deposit requirement for first home buyers to 5%. 

The basic eligibility criteria is:

- annual income (pre-tax) of less than $95,000 for a single applicant* or $150,000 for two or more people. *$150,000 for those with more than 1 dependent.

- be a first home buyer.

- have 5% deposit.
